Restaurant service shouldn't
depend on who's looking.

Without a shared system, staff miss requests, managers guess at service quality, and customers are left waiting. That's the status quo — and it's avoidable.

🙋

Missed customer requests

Customers wave, wait, and wonder. Without a clear signal, requests get lost — especially during a busy service.

📍

No table visibility

Staff don't always know which tables need attention, are ready to pay, or have gone quiet with an open tab.

🧩

Disconnected systems

Ordering, messaging, and table tracking live in separate places — or nowhere at all. Coordination falls to memory.

📊

No service history

Managers want to understand what happened at each table — what was ordered, when, how long, and how much. That data often doesn't exist.

Every table becomes a live signal.

OrderSignal connects the customer experience, staff workflow, and manager tools into a single, clear system — so nothing gets missed and nothing has to be guessed.

📱

Customers order and message from their table

Browse the menu, build an order, request help, or signal they're ready to pay — all from a clean, dark-mode interface designed for table use.

🗂️

Staff see table status in real time

A live floor view shows which tables need attention, have active orders, sent messages, or are flagged for inactivity — so staff can prioritize and move with confidence.

🧾

Orders flow to kitchen and staff

Customer orders submitted from the table reach staff immediately. Status can be updated, tracked, and verified — no more relaying orders by hand.

📈

Managers get logs and insights

Completed service logs, sales summaries, popular item data, and operational trends are archived per location — ready when managers need them.

Built for every role in
your restaurant.

A polished table-side experience

Customers get a clean, dark-mode interface designed for restaurant use — no app download required.

  • See item names, descriptions, sizes, and prices
  • Unavailable items are hidden or disabled automatically
  • Build and review an order before submitting
  • Submit the order directly from the table

Common questions.

What is OrderSignal?
OrderSignal is a restaurant table service and operations platform. It connects the customer ordering experience, staff table management, kitchen order flow, and manager analytics into one system — designed to reduce missed requests and improve visibility across the restaurant floor.
Who is OrderSignal for?
OrderSignal is designed for restaurant owners, general managers, floor managers, and service staff. It's best suited for sit-down restaurants where table service is a core part of the experience.
Does OrderSignal replace restaurant staff?
No. OrderSignal is a tool to support your team, not replace it. Staff still manage tables, fulfill orders, and provide service. The system simply gives them better information to do so — and gives customers a cleaner way to communicate.
Can customers order from their table?
Yes. Customers can browse your menu, build an order, and submit it directly from the table interface. They can also request help, send a message, or signal that they're ready to pay — all without needing to track down a server.
Can staff view table requests and messages?
Yes. Staff have a live table overview that shows which tables have active orders, pending messages, inactivity alerts, or payment readiness signals. They can open any table to view the full order and message history.
Can managers edit menu items?
Yes. Managers have a full product and menu management interface. They can add, edit, or remove items, update prices and descriptions, set sizes and options, and toggle availability — all from the manager app.
Does OrderSignal support multiple locations?
Yes. Multiple restaurant locations can be managed under a single organization account. Logs, menus, and analytics are tracked per location.
Is customer data private?
Yes. OrderSignal does not sell customer or restaurant data to third parties. Data is collected only as needed to run the restaurant service system. Customers placing orders are not required to create accounts or share personal information beyond what the service requires.
How do I request support?
Email us at support@ordersignal.app. We handle onboarding help, bug reports, account issues, and feature requests. During early access, you'll hear from our team directly.
How do I request account or data deletion?
Contact privacy@ordersignal.app with your deletion request. We'll confirm the request and process it in a timely manner. You can request deletion of your organization's data, table logs, or account at any time.
Is OrderSignal currently in testing or early access?
Yes. OrderSignal is currently in early access. Features are actively being developed and refined based on feedback from real restaurant environments. We're selectively onboarding restaurants who want to try the system and help shape it. If you're interested, request access and we'll be in touch.

Ready to see OrderSignal
