Know what every table needs before customers have to wave someone down. OrderSignal connects your customer experience, staff workflow, and manager analytics in one place.
Without a shared system, staff miss requests, managers guess at service quality, and customers are left waiting. That's the status quo — and it's avoidable.
Customers wave, wait, and wonder. Without a clear signal, requests get lost — especially during a busy service.
Staff don't always know which tables need attention, are ready to pay, or have gone quiet with an open tab.
Ordering, messaging, and table tracking live in separate places — or nowhere at all. Coordination falls to memory.
Managers want to understand what happened at each table — what was ordered, when, how long, and how much. That data often doesn't exist.
OrderSignal connects the customer experience, staff workflow, and manager tools into a single, clear system — so nothing gets missed and nothing has to be guessed.
Browse the menu, build an order, request help, or signal they're ready to pay — all from a clean, dark-mode interface designed for table use.
A live floor view shows which tables need attention, have active orders, sent messages, or are flagged for inactivity — so staff can prioritize and move with confidence.
Customer orders submitted from the table reach staff immediately. Status can be updated, tracked, and verified — no more relaying orders by hand.
Completed service logs, sales summaries, popular item data, and operational trends are archived per location — ready when managers need them.
Customers get a clean, dark-mode interface designed for restaurant use — no app download required.
Staff see every table's status at a glance — no more walking the floor to find out what's needed.
Manage menus, review service history, and understand how your restaurant is performing — across every location.
OrderSignal is built for restaurant operations — not just tech demos. Every feature connects to a real service workflow.
